    Welcome to HealthCrunchies, your internet home for the inside scoop on health news. We’ve designed this site to make it easy to navigate, preview links, enlarge images, look up any word’s meaning, comment, print, share the information and set up your own really simple syndication/email notification on your browser homepage or your inbox.

    NAVIGATION
    To find your way around HealthCrunchies, just roll your pointer over any colored link and click to navigate to the page, which will open in a new window.

    PREVIEW LINKS
    Wherever you see this image snap1.gif simply hold your pointer over the image and it will expand to show you a preview of the link. You can move this around, enlarge it further or close it simply by moving your pointer away from the image.

    ENLARGE IMAGES
    To enlarge any image for easier viewing, simply click on it and the image will expand on the page. Hold down the left mouse button and you can move the image anywhere on the page. To close it, simply click again.

    LOOK UP ANY WORD
    If you don’t know the meaning of any word used in a post, simply double click on the word and Answer Tips will give you the definition.

    COMMENT ON A POST
    If you wish to comment on a post, and we hope you do, simply REGISTER and start taking your byte out of my health news.

    PRINT ANY POST
    To print any post or comment on this site, simply click on this image hp_print_btn_sm_pln_4faf00.png in the right sidebar and select the post(s) you wish to print.

    SHARE THIS
    Want to email a post to a friend, or share a post with your social network? It’s simple. Really! Just click once on the share-icon-32×32.pngShare This icon and select a social network, or click on the tab for Send and you can enter an email address.

    REALLY SIMPLE SYNDICATION
    Want to receive notification as soon as a post appears on HealthCrunchies? Just click on the RSS button in the right side bar and select your Live Bookmark for your homepage. If you want to receive an email notification instead, just enter your email in the box below this button.
